One of my husband's all time favorite foods is shrimp. He is from Maine, so he grew up eating fresh seafood all the time. Unfortunately, seafood here in the Midwest just isn't as good as what you can get in New England, however this meal definitely quenches his seafood thirst and is a favorite every time! Everything you need to know is below!

For shrimp: • raw peeled shrimp • salt & pepper • paprika • cayenne pepper

For sauce: • 1/3 cup honey • 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce • 4 cloves garlic • 1 Tbsp siracha • lime juice (1 lime)

Directions: 1. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, & cayenne. 2. Mix sauce ingredients together, set aside. 3. Cook shrimp in skillet, 2-3 minutes per side, or until they change color. 4. Set aside cooked shrimp. 5. Pour sauce into skillet used for shrimp & simmer for 2 minutes. 6. Add shrimp into sauce & combine. 7. Serve with rice & veggies!

That’s it guys. It really is that easy! You can whip this up within minutes and it is sure to be a fan favorite every time. Eat & enjoy!
