Hi friends! I am coming at you today with this delicious fall recipe! Pumpkin pie overnight oats are my husband’s favorite breakfast and they’re so easy to whip up. Easy breakfasts are the best, aren't they?

Here’s what you’ll need: • 1/2 cup quick oats • 1 cup water/milk/almond milk • your fav fall coffee creamer (just a scoosh) • drizzle of honey (for sweetness) • pumpkin pie spice (as much as your desires) • cinnamon (dash or 2) • 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt (I use nonfat vanilla) • 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin • whipped cream (optional) • mini chocolate chips (optional)

Here’s what you’ll do: 1. Mix oats, liquids, spices, yogurt, and pumpkin together in a bowl. 2. Pour into air tight container. 3. Top with whipped cream, dash of cinnamon, & chocolate chips. 4. Put in the fridge overnight to be ready by the AM!

That’s literally it y’all - and they’re so good! Nothing like a healthy breakfast you can grab on the way out the door that not only tastes delicious, but gives you all of those fall feels! ENJOY!
