Anyone else love a good pork loin you can sear off and throw in the oven? I know I definitely do. My husband is not a fan of pork loins and yet he ate half of this one all by himself! So it must have been pretty good? Lol.

I came up with this one on my own, but that is what is so great about something so simple, it's a blank canvas! You can pair any of your favorite flavor combinations with a cut of meat like this and it is sure to come out sublime. Here's how I did it.

Ingredients:

  • 27oz pork loin

  • Salt/pepper/Oakridge BBQ's Black Ops (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

For the glaze:

  • 1 Tbsp butter

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp honey

  • Salt/pepper/Oakridge BBQ's Black Ops (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Season pork loin with salt, pepper, and Oakridge BBQ's Black Ops seasoning (optional). Heat skillet with 2 Tbsp olive oil and sear pork on all sides.

  3. Transfer pork loin to baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until middle temp reaches 145 degrees.

  4. Meanwhile, melt the butter in the microwave with garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt, pepper, and Oakridge BBQ's Black Ops (optional) and mix well.

  5. Once pork loin is finished, let rest for 5 minutes and brush with glaze.

  6. After the pork rests, brush pork loin with more glaze.

  7. Serve!!

That's it y'all. It's super easy and so delicious. Enjoy! :)
